Personal Assistant

Job Overview

What You’ll Do 

• Manage and optimize the calendar, priorities, and high-stakes scheduling across multiple projects.  
• Act as the key liaison between the Head of Department, internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.  
• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and zero drop-offs.  
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and business updates for meetings.  
• Handle confidential matters, urgent requests, and ad-hoc tasks with efficiency and discretion. 

Requirements 

• Diploma/Degree with 2–5 years experience as a PA in a fast-paced environment.  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership. 
• Strong communication, critical thinking and stakeholder management skills.  
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working with tight timeless and handling urgent requested when required.
