We seek a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and exceptional English language skills. The candidate should also possess strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, and appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent English language skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus.
