Personal Assistant cum Driver for Chairman or Advisor

1)   Transporting Chairman, Family, or Advisor

2)   Drive Chairman or Advisor for both official business and personal appointments.

3)   Manage the maintenance and services schedule for house & vehicles.

4)   Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient petrol and are always ready for use.

5)   To maintain the car's cleanliness and ensure its functionality.

6)   Proficiency in using Waze or Google Map

7)   Maintaining an organized travel schedule.

8)   Ensure that itineraries are met and that guests are being informed in an entertaining manner the location they are touring. 

9)   Taking care of Chairman house and all his personal matters

10) Maintain absolute confidentiality and handle all tasks given expeditiously.

11) Perform other assignments as and when required by Chairman or Advisor from time to time.

12) Flexibility in terms or working hours

13) To maintain high confidentiality of passenger and information.

14) The job involves a lot of data researching and reporting

15) Support and assist the Chairman or Advisor in all matters including secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters

16) Able to work overtime, weekends, public holidays and as and when required.

17) Can drive Executive car

18) Able to travel outstation

Requirements:

·      Extensive knowledge of the operating area.

·      Possess a valid class D driving license and B2

·      Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Must be able to speak and understand Malay, Mandarin and English.

·      必须能够说和理解马来语、华语和英语。

·      Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·      Must be responsible, discipline, vigilant, trustworthy, punctual and possess good working attitude.
