Personal Assistant -English - Fast Hire

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist the director in daily tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative duties.
• 2 hours daily to English language teaching, focusing on conversational skills and language proficiency improvement.
• Prepare teaching materials for daily 2-hour English classes, including sourcing or creating content.
• Converse in English with the director throughout the workday.
• Offer translation and interpretation services as needed, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication.
• Accompany the director during business engagements and travel, serving as an English-speaking liaison and offering language support as needed.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any  field.
• Native in both English and Chinese languages, with the ability to speak, read, and write proficiently.
• Previous experience in teaching English / Chinese as a second language preferred, with a strong emphasis on conversational fluency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring efficient management of tasks and responsibilities.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and willingness to travel as required.
• Possess own transport
