Personal Assistant (Family-Oriented) - Start Now

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high level of administrative and secretarial support.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Assist to handle all the children’s school things and house matters.
• Able to book flights, hotels arrangements and apply travel visa for whole family and maids.
• Able to handle and renew maids’ passport, work permit, employment contract, and etc.
• Assist to arrange all the festive hampers and gifts to all their friends.
• Able to make URGENT arrangement immediately and maintain flexibility to make arrangement during weekends at all times.
• Manage personal and professional schedule and making arrangements for appointments, meetings, and travel.
• Other ad hoc duties will be added from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Secretarial studies/Business studies or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years relevant working experience.
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Resourceful, meticulous, proactive, highly organized, result oriented and able to multi-task.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft words, Excel and Power Point applications.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
