Personal Assistant Intern - Urgent Hire

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
• Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
• Conduct research on various topics and compile findings into concise summaries.
• Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations.
• Maintain organization of files, documents, and office supplies.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required.
