Job Description:

  1. Overseeing Managing Director's present and future businesses

and tracking progress towards company goals. Preparesspecial reports as required,gathers, necessary information, and summarizes data and findings.

  1. Managing Md's calendar by scheduling appointment, meetings, engagements and daily activities, including running errands.
  2. Prepare or take meeting notes orminutes of meetingandattend meetings on behalf of MD when necessary.
  3.  Assists in preparingmeeting materials, reports, letters, memo or other documentsas instructed by the Management.
  4.  Work closely and effectively with the Management and keep them well informedof upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately.
  5. To liaise and coordinate with associates, external lawyers, suppliers, contractors, bankers and etc for both Company'sand MD's matters.
  6.  To handle and monitor MD's personal matters such as personal claims, monthly commitment, credit cards, properties, motor vehicles,shares account, income tax, bank statements and etc.
  7. Travel arrangement such as booking flight and accommodation for MD, associates and/or MD's family member(s).
  8. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of MD's office, providing full secretarial and administrative support in personal and corporate matters. 
  9. Maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents
  10. To conduct the function of payment authorization in bank portal forthe whole groupof companies on behalf of MD.
  11. Maintain MD office and desk is clean and tidy at all times.

Job Requirement:

  1. Age below 35.
  2. Must and able to communicate in Chinese
  3. At least a Degree in Admin or Secretarial
  4. At least 5 years of working experience with proven track record in the field of personal managing
  5. Knowledge of scheduling and arrangement
  6. Excellent organizing tasks
  7. Proficient in MS Office; knowledgeof Outlook is an advantage
  8. Outstandingorganizationaland time-managementabilities
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that connect with all levels of employees
  10. Problem-solvingand decision-makingaptitude
  11. Strongethics andintegrityto maintainconfidentialdata
