As a Secretary / Personal Assistant, your key responsibility is to support your direct superior in his day to day business and consulting activities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules and appointments and provide assistance during client engagement activities
- Assist in virtual event setup and preparation of presentation slides and other event materials during seminars and events
- Assist in the management of daily business operations and general affairs
- Assist in the tracking and monitoring of departmental performance against targets
- Managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and handling travel arrangements, such as flights booking, to ensure efficient and organized operations.
Key requirements:

- Responsibility, Punctuality, Team Work, Self Discipline, Good working attitude, Initiative
- Experience working in the travel industry and/or concierge will be a huge additional point.
- Willing to travel (extensively)

- Good oral and written communication skills: English, Mandarin ( as the role require to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)
