Penerangan Pekerjaan - Personal Assistant to Agency Manager

To assist and manage client’s portfolio including Client’s servicing, new business sales quotations, payment collections, presentation slides preparation, jotting down minutes of meeting, administrative tasks, handling client’s claims, filing, and record keeping in ensuring clients sustainability and profitability.

To assist and manage consultants in terms of agent personal file, progress performance monitoring and training hours monitoring, persistency management, preparation of new agent onboarding and group marketing activities.

To assist and manage the overall Agency’s Servicing including events management, agency monthly leaderboard, agents reward, agency calendar kicks off, and social media content updates.

Expansion of New clients and agents portfolio.

Secretarial work and personal assistant to the Agency Manager.
