Job Descriptions:
- Work closely to Director, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents and letters as needed.
- Schedule, organize, and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Always prepared to assist in prioritizing and managing tasks, ensuring all commitments and tasks are organized.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Management, Business Administration, or equivalent;
- Female only.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably in Constructions industry.
- Good in Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A valid driver's license is required as this role may involve occasional driving for errands or tasks.
