Requirements :
- Age 30 - 40 yrs old
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in Real Estate and Property sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Technology, Business etc
Responsibilities :
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize the daily schedule and appointments, ensuring timely reminders and prioritization of tasks.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders, managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Document Handling: Assist in drafting and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support for various projects, including research, data collection, and presentation preparation.
- Personal task management: Handle personal errands and tasks that align with the Director’s professional life.
