We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Director in various tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. This PA is focused more towards individual and family daily management rather than corporate management.Position Overview: As a Personal Assistant to the Director, you will play a vital role in assisting the Director in personal matters. Key Responsibilities:-Administrative Support: Assist the Director with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings.-Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the Director and other team members, clients, and external parties.-Travel Arrangements: Use your computer literacy skills to navigate various websites and platforms for booking travel tickets, creating itineraries, and planning activities. Explore alternative travel options and routes when needed.-Errands and Delivery: Utilise your personal vehicle (car or motorbike) to run errands and handle deliveries as required.-Household Management: Assist with running the household, including managing tasks and ensuring a smooth living environment.-You love dogs!: As you get to occasionally take care of the Director's dogs when he is away, which may include weekends (but very minimal).-Adaptability: Be open to learning the Director's preferred way of doing things and follow his instructions without overriding them unless approved by him.-Location Transition: Be prepared for a future move from the current location in Publika to Damansara Heights.Qualifications and Requirements:-Preferably male candidates-Open to Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1/2 year of experience are welcome to apply. -Able to follow Singaporean public holidays-Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers and navigating various websites is essential.-Personal Mobility: Possess a car or motorbike for both professional and personal errands.-Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Kuala Lumpur is important for efficient travel and task completion.-Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.-Location: The current home office is near Publika, with plans to relocate to Damansara Heights in the near future.
