Responsibilities

Report directly to the Chairman of Newfields Group
Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
Arrange company driver's schedule
Make flight and hotel arrangement including application of travel visas
Provide administration support and general secretarial assistance
Any ad hoc task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any field
Candidate must have good personality and working attitude
Experience in PA role would be an advantage
Posses good communication skills with all internal and external parties
Able to start immediately / short period
1 year contract, can covert to permanent position subject to management approval
