Job Descriptions:
• Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
• Answers and screens MD’s telephone calls and arrange calls.
• Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
• Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
• Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings when requested.
• Coordinates and arranges meetings.
• Monitor and keep track of ED personal matters.
Job Requirements:
• Preferable Diploma in Secretary/STPM or competency across in full range of secretary functions.
• With tertiary education at least 3 years working experience.
• Without tertiary education at least 5 years working experience.
• Strong up-to-date knowledge of the labor laws and Employment Acts 1955.
• Fluent in oral and written skill of English and Malay languages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
