It has more than 25 years of industry experience in the industry. In mortgage lending, we provide loan services for commercial and residential real estate; in supply chain financing, we provide financing services to China suppliers or manufacturers exporting products to Southeast Asia, and Southeast Asian importers using our logistics services.

Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant to the Director will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and is able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
    • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
    • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
    • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the Director and the team.

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • High level of professionalism and discretion.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
    • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
