Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers through proactive outbound calling campaigns or referrals
• Provide personalized advice on insurance and investment products based on individual needs
• Develop long-term relationships by understanding client goals and offering customized solutions
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products to existing clients
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes affecting the financial sector
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures when conducting business

Qualifications:
• Degree holder in any field from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in banking or related industries
• Strong knowledge of insurance and investment products
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Effective communicator able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Detail oriented with good organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
