Personal Banker(Wealth Banca Mortgage) -Top Banks - High Basic+Comm-Fresh-H1

• Identify and source for potential clients for banking products
• Possess great understanding in regards to client needs for financing and provide right solution in order to close deal
• Provide right consultation to client's financial needs and refer other wealth products
• Adhere to banking policies on call reports and when fulfilling appointments
• Assist end to end banking process
• Exhibit high professionalism and competency at all times.
• Ensure bank’s interest is protected at all times.
• Comply with bank’s policies, guidelines and regulations at all times.
• Participate and display team work in all aspect of work, projects and assignments, Group Management Programmes etc. at all times.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least 1 year sales experience, SPM Holder acceptable
• Good product knowledge in Retail Banking product will be an added advantage
• Preferably possess own transportation
• Willing to Travel
• Basic + allowance + incentives
• Permanent Role
