Penerangan Pekerjaan - Personal Financial Consultant

  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients, expanding RHB Bank's customer base.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individual clients, including reviewing their current financial situation, risk tolerance, and future aspirations.
  • Develop and present customized financial plans and solutions, including but not limited to investment products, insurance, loans, and other banking services, aligning with clients' objectives and RHB Bank's product offerings.
  • Provide expert advice on wealth management, retirement planning, education funding, and estate planning.
  • Regularly review and update clients' financial portfolios, ensuring they remain aligned with their evolving needs and market conditions.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge across RHB Bank's full range of financial products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with other departments within RHB Bank to ensure a seamless client experience.


 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment principles, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and translate it into clear, actionable advice.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Possession of relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE) will be an added advantage.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
