Pharmaceutical Production Manager - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities

1. International and Domestic Logistics Management - Picking, packing, and shipping domestically and internationally. Liaise with shippers, clearance agents, and respective parties to ensure smooth deliveries.

2. Supporting Production - This entails aiding the production manager in monitoring inventory needs, backups, and emergencies. Constantly seeking ways to enhance production efficiency by reducing lead times.

3. Inventory Management - Aiding in sales forecasting and guaranteeing ample inventory levels across all worldwide warehouses. Conducting regular stock audits to verify adequate stock levels.

4. Purchasing planning: Establishing a strong supplier network that aligns with our business requirements. Developing expertise in procurement planning and negotiating favorable terms.


Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). 
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and other relevant quality standards is essential.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including formulation, compounding, filling, and packaging.
• Knowledge of equipment used in pharmaceutical production.
• Proficiency in tracking production, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance.
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage production teams and coordinate activities across departments.
• Excellent communication skills to convey production goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements to team members.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, production schedules, and regulatory requirements.
