About us

We are a pharmaceutical distributor with warehouses located in Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Kuala Lumpur. Pharmex Sdn Bhd was established in 1982 and has been in this industry for more than 40 years now. Our customers include retail pharmacies, doctors, dentists, veterinarians, private hospitals and government hospitals. We distribute medicines, healthcare products and medical devices. In the past 40 years, our company's culture has always been one company, one family. Our employees are all Pharmex's family members. We strive to provide our employees with a comfortable working environment and this is why we have many long service staffs. The longest being 35 years in service. Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor Degree (preferably with basic science background)
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PPT or any other similar programs
• Must be able to work independently or in a team
• Motivated and take initiative in learning
• New graduate applicants are encourage to apply

• Invoicing & Filing
• Prepare Quotations & Purchase Orders
• Generate Reports
• Prepare documentations for inspections
• Manage Good Distribution Practice protocol
