Responsibilities:
- To prescribe & dispense poisons for minor illnesses & symptoms presented by customers.
- To dispense poisons base on prescriptions, screening for drug interaction & polypharmacy.
- To conduct overall poison stock maintenance, ordering, receiving, transfer, PA Zero and disposal according to poison SOP.
- To provide health checks to customers with keeping of customer records according to Health Consultation SOP.
- Implement & participate in HQ planning on health service promotions and events.
- Co-operate with store operations in providing good customer service base on Mystery Shopper Programme evaluation.
- To consistently give product training to shop staffs according to HQ planning & requirements.
- To sell poison in compliance with rules & regulations set by pharmacy regulatory authority.
- Recommend OTC, supplements & health maintenance products according to customers' needs.
- To support healthcare dept by assisting with stock receiving & upkeeping the stocks display & availability.
- To participate in shop daily briefings and weekly meeting with Shop Managers to update results & discuss improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- Must be a Registered Member with Malaysian Pharmacy Board
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to work on retails hours (including weekends and public holiday)
