Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Responsible in ensuring medication safety.
- Monitors movement of drugs and medication supply (including good distribution practice) in and out.
- Responsible for the management of Dangerous Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (including receiving, supply and storage)
- Responsible in ensuring compliance to local acts and regulations
- Perform medications dispensing and counselling for patients that require additional information
- Assist the department on activities such as CDR / TPN Services, periodical pharmacy location / equipment inspections for proper / correct storage, inventory control and expiry dates.
Requirement:
- Possess Degree in Pharmacy
- Registered with the Malaysian Pharmacy Board
- Able to work on shift / weekend / public holidays when the need arises cases
- Completed PRP + FRP
