Pharmacy Assistant/Homeopathy/Dietitian/Nutritionist - Professional Development Opportunities

Job Descriptions:-

• to provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers;
• to provide nutritional advice and promoting awareness on healthy diet & lifestyle to the public via producing newsletter and/or health;
• decide on the best use of homeopathic remedies to treat a range of conditions; 
• monitor and evaluate patients’ health progress; 
• instruct patients about the use and effects of particular remedies and respond to any queries customers may have; 
• advise on lifestyle issues, such as diet, exercise and mental health;
• to assist in stock take;
• helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements;
• to store products follow proper guidelines;
• to provide knowledge training to new co-workers and support when they need;
• maintaining good customer relationship, able to respond efficiency to customers' enquiries;
• provide technical support, guidance and feedback to front-liners who handle customers' enquiries;
• assist in company activities eg; roadshows, exhibitions;
• plan, monitor and achieve monthly outlet target

Requirements:-

• At least 2 years experience in providing nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers; 
• experience in retail will be added advantage
• Good in written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• A dynamic team player, passionate, committed and responsible
• Computer literate, interpersonal skills
• Able to work within Klang Valley and retail hours
