Penerangan Pekerjaan - Planner

Providing support to the department to ensure that quotations, service reports and correspondence are promptly processed and dispatched.
Assisting the service department to follow-up on all service activities.
Planning technicians work schedule.
Processing and ensuring that all inquiries are answered promptly.
Review of documentations and inspections schedules
Alternating responsible of the 24 Hours Service Line
Completion of all necessary transaction in SAP and other Operating Systems per the manual
Create and issue invoice for all customers both subsidiaries and ad hoc customers
Report non-conformities and assist with corrective actions
Liaise with customer & supplier/vendors
Handling & planning manpower to all jobs and other departments request.
