Job Summary\n\nPlan and coordinate function to fulfill customer orders using project management/planning and MRP tools as applicable to ensure customer order is delivered on time\n\nRoles and Responsibilities\n\nDaily\n\n1\\. Plan and monitor production order which include releasing of work orders and ensure on\n\ntime delivery of shipment based on customer requirement. This includes:\n\n\u2713 Raise routing request, submit cost roll form before WO launch\n\n\u2713 Review backlog and ensure no past due MAD and align CSD to ensure completion\n\ndate accuracy, Request for CAD date change and follow up with Project dept.\n\n\u2713 Rework order creation \u0026 follow up for NCR components under Engineering revision\n\nchange.\n\n\u2713 Prepare shop packet based on planned order report\n\n\u2713 Handling project add-on requirement (if required)\n\n2\\. Follow up on material kits status to ensure full kits prior the planned start date:\n\n\u2713 Prepare for 3-month shortages list (add in as necessary) \u2013 \u201cBuy-parts\u201d with buyer,\n\n\u201cMake-parts\u201d with production planner; and periodically update on toolbox file.\n\n3\\. Follow up on revenue items with operations as per listed in the revenue file to ensure\n\ncompletion as per revenue commitment plan.\n\n4\\. Attending meetings \u0026 updating status to ensure current communication flow to shop\n\nfloor \u0026 management:\n\n\u2713 Attend ODM (Office Daily Meeting) and update the status.\n\n\u2713 Attend SFDM (Shop Floor Daily Management) meeting\n\nWeekly\n\n1\\. Revenue projection update \u0026 balance to PTS (Pass-to-stock) status.\n\n2\\. Preparation \u0026 communication of reports:\n\n\u2713 Provide weekly report/ updates on material kits status for Production Planner to\n\nschedule production.\n\n\u2713 Lead weekly meetings with the operating team to review the plan.\n\n3\\. Conduct A4 problem solving as part of continuous improvement process.\n\n4\\. To review master routing lead time after releases versus material master lead time\n\n(rough cut routing) to stabilize MRP.\n\nMonthly\n\n1\\. Review on work center hours and summarize material kits status for the current month\n\nand next one month.\n\n2\\. HSE submission (RIR \u0026 OI) as part of the company KPI.\n\n3\\. Review exception messages for production order and perform re-scheduling to reflect\n\nthe current schedule/ progress.\n\nOthers (when required)\n\n1\\. Trigger for delivery notes once parts has been PTS.\n\n2\\. Handle Substitution request (if required).\n\n3\\. Project request on customer cancellation cost analysis.\n\n4\\. Handle MR (Material Request) triggered by shop floor.\n\n5\\. MTO Switching request (if required).\n\n6\\. Handle AFE request (if required).\n\nTo adhere to all company and legal requirement as per Johor-WI-A03-Roles, Responsibilities,\n\nAccountability and Authority (HSSE) document\n\nQualifications and Education Requirement\n\nExperience:\n\nFresh graduate is encouraged to apply.\n\n1-2 years\u2019 experience as a planner in an MNC would be an advantage.\n\nEducation:\n\nBachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration (BA) or any related field of study.\n
