Planner (BHS)

Job Description

Overview

This role is responsible for the development, monitoring, and control of project schedules related to BHS, ensuring alignment with the overall Master Programme. The Planning Engineer plays a key role in progress tracking, delay analysis, and integrating time and cost data for effective project delivery.

Your role

• Provide administrative, documentation, and logistical support to the PMC BHS team.
• Maintain accurate filing systems and document registers for BHS-related correspondence, submissions, and approvals.
• Track incoming and outgoing communications including transmittals, RFI logs, submittal logs, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in arranging meetings, site visits, workshops, and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support in the formatting, proofreading, and compilation of periodic reports and presentation decks.
• Liaise with MAHB's administrative units for HR coordination, access pass applications, and logistics arrangements.

About you

• Document Register and Correspondence Tracking Logs.
• Monthly Report Compilation Files and Archive Backup.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Planning & Governance is required.
