Planner (Material Controller） - Rapid Progression

Requirements 需求

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in relevant field.候选人必须至少具有相关领域的SPM或文凭 
• One year or more relevant warehouse management experience.一年或以上相关仓库管理经验
• Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin on written and spoken. Candidates with Mandarin speaking dialects would be an added advantage.需语言 - 英语、马来语和普通话，书面和口头。表达具备普通话方言的候选人将获得额外优势
• Relevant warehouse management experience.相关仓库管理经验
• Familiar with operating Excel and Word office software.熟悉操作Excel和Word办公软件
• Relevant experience in operating ERP systems.在操作ERP系统方面具有相关经验
• Candidates MUST be willing to be based in Bukit Badong Ijok, Selangor.候选人必须愿意驻扎在雪兰莪州Bukit Badong Ijok
• Pleasant personality, willing to learn and "CAN DO" attitude.性格开朗，愿意学习，具有“可以做到”的态度。

Responsibility职责

1. Based on the order requirements, conduct material analysis and calculations, and prepare material requirement plans and material supply plans. 根据订单需求，进行物料分析和计算，编制物料需求计划及物料供应计划

 2. Based on the two-week and three-day production plans, along with considering warehouse capacity and material delivery cycles, schedule delivery times. 根据两周及三日生产计划，结合库容情况，物料送货周期等安排送货时间

 3. Responsible for monitoring material returns and replenishments during the production process 负责生产过程中的退料、补料跟进

 4. In response to product upgrades, product discontinuations, customer cancellations, and similar situations, promptly report inventory status and track the implementation progress of handling measures.. 针对产品升级、产品淘汰、客人取消订单等情况，及时提报库存情况，并跟踪落实处理
进度。

 5. On the first and third weeks of each month, provide raw material planning according to the production schedule.每个月第一周和第三周，按照生厂计划提供原料规划。

 6. Inventory of raw material needs to be provided on the 2nd of each month.每月2号需要提供原料仓存库存报告。

 7. In case of any abnormal situations, promptly report to the superiors.针对仓库异常情况，及时进行处理并报告直接上级.

 8. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leadership. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。
