Your Mission:

To perform a variety of general executive support tasks in the planner department:

1.     Manage the production planning and overall packing operation. 

2.     Evaluates and review Weekly Sales Review (WSR) - analyze and produce forecasts for planning. 

3.     Coordinate with the Marketing, Shipping / Purchasing department on all issues in the process of sales orders. 

4.     Liaise with Marketing, Production, QA, and Shipping / Purchasing to ensure on-time container delivery to the customer. 

5.     Monitor production output and ensure that packing production achieves the target. 

6.     Liaised with the shipping department for deliveries of shipments; and coordinated with other factories for combined shipment orders.

7.     Coordinate with the Purchasing department on the status of each sales order and order packing materials accordingly.

8.     Liaising with QA/Marketer for the arrangement of inspection and ensuring the Packing list is all done/prepared/ signed before inspection.

9.     Issue the work orders and arrangement of packing activities.

10.  Maintain adequate recording in the SAP system for any planning transaction.

11.  Ensure smooth running of the packing department and the packing activity is cost-effective and operates efficiently.

12.  Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

13.  The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure instruction.

What we are looking for:

1.     Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field or equivalent from a reputable university.

2.     Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).

3.     Results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.

4.     Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
