We are looking for a Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist to:

• Be responsible for the financial planning processes across the businesses within Nestlé in the Market and ensure flawless execution and high quality of deliverables


• Ensure accurate, timely, efficient and compliant management reporting 


• Champion digitalisation and automation initiatives across Nestlé in the Market

A day in the life...

Planning

• 
  
  
  
  • Ensures that a solid business planning process is in place across the business/ region in order to provide management full transparency on forecasts, gaps, risks and opportunities
  
  
  • Provide quality financial information and analysis to the business to assist in decision making
  
  
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on various financial KPIs for Actuals and Dynamic Forecast (DF) to relevant stakeholders including Group CFO
  
  
  • Drives the consolidation and reporting of the different planning cycles (MBS, MBP, DF) across the businesses/ countries within Nestlé in the Market, coordinating with the co-pilots and other business partners (Supply Chain, Sales, Technical, Human Resources…) using appropriate management tools
  
  
  • Supports the deployment and promote Business Planning and Reporting Best Practices and Tools across the organisation/ market
  
  
  
  

General Reporting

• 
  
  
  
  • Provides full transparency on business KPI’s across NiM via periodic and ad hoc reports to local management,
  
  
  • Drives the standardization and centralization of local management reporting across businesses; making full use of the available Standard Reports and Data Sets in group tools.
  
  
  • Responsible for Group Reporting (SACT, PACT, Management Letter)
  
  
  • Coordinates with NBS to ensure that cost allocations for P&L (excluding manufacturing, distribution, white collar) are in line with agreed principles and policies
  
  
  
  

Generating Demand (GD) Support, Marketing

• 
  
  
  
  • Provide periodic reporting of PFME together with basic and/or ad-hoc analysis
  
  
  
  

Sales/Commercial Development

• 
  
  
  
  • Provide periodic reporting of Sales and Trade investment together with basic and/or ad-hoc analysis
  
  
  • Support implementation of Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) by providing insights through developing relevant reporting tools.
  
  
  
  

What will make you successful

• Prior experiences in Accounting / Finance function (e.g. Controlling Decision Support, Operations Finance, Internal Audit, Commercial Control)


• Financial planning and reporting experience


• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting / Finance / Business


• Experience in Data Analytics/ Process automation
