Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Accountable for all Production Planning Process and Sales Forecast Analysis.
• Involve in the project management 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To suprvise and coordinating the work of PCG Group.
• To prepare and monitoring the management Policy of PCG Group
• To prepare and monitoring Cost Budget for PCG Group and FOD expenses. (repair & maintenance , printing & stationery and correspondence).
• To be responsible in Inventory control - Ensure the accurate production planning, corordinating with related section to ensure all activity proceed effectively
• To ensure communicate effectively with other departments to ensure no delay of shipments.
• To coordinate with related section (Internal or external) for the Part Change and Model change
• To be responsible in Customer Sales Forecast study and prepare Yearly Production Schedule
• To monitoring production productivity and direct manpower (operator) arrangement to enhance labour cost reduction and increase of productivity
• To monitor & handle incoming order, advise delivery lead time & follow up shipping instruction from customers.
• To handle customer order inquiries.
• To be responsible in new model development process
• To conduct Monthly Prod meeeting with top management & related sections.

• To maintain and implement Company's Quality System against the ISO 9001 requirements
• To ensure not polluting the Company's Environment against the ISO 14001 requirements
• To practice safety and health workplace of Company's Safety and Health System against the ISO 45001 requirements.
• To practice the Corporate Social Responsiblity (CSR) widely through out the organization.
• To practice safeguard as far as is practicable, the safety, health & welfare of the people who work under him/her
• To practice awareness on the safety & health by taking precaution as to avoid untoward accidents from happening to himself/herself or to others while performing work activities and also to cooperate with employer to promote safety & health as a whole.
