Planning Deputy Manager (Perak)

• Manage supply chain planning, production planning, inventory control, shipping, and logistics.
  
• Establish various systems such as MPS, JIT, MRP, LSS, etc., to improve supply chain efficiency.
  
• Collaborate and coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth order execution, improving OTIF (On -Time In -Full) performance.
  
• Develop SOPs and action plans for the standardization of systems and processes, bench marking against industry best practices.
  
• Establish a dynamic replenishment model that balances cost, quality, lead -time, and inventory optimization.
  
• Manage inventory of raw materials, semi -finished, and finished goods, ensuring timely clearance of slow -moving stocks.
  
• Explore possibilities for automating manual processes through digitization initiatives and software implementations.
  
• Foster team dynamics by mentoring and coaching to achieve individual and departmental KPIs
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automation manufacturing industry.
  
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.).
  
• Experience in operations and supply chain management.
