The role

You will lead demand planning for the MYSG Ice Cream business, driving forecast accuracy, operational stability, and cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

This role sits at the heart of S&OP—translating market dynamics, innovation, and commercial activities into a robust, data-driven demand plan that enables best-in-class service, optimized inventory, and profitable growth.

What you'll be responsible for

• Lead end-to-end demand planning across weekly, monthly, and long-range horizons (4–18 months)
• Own and continuously improve forecast accuracy, bias, and value-volume alignment
• Drive Demand Review and Weekly Forecast Forums to align stakeholders on latest risks and opportunities
• Translate commercial inputs into actionable demand signals
• Develop depot/SKU-level forecasts using analytics tools (Power BI, FEU, Kinaxis)
• Partner cross-functionally to optimize service, minimize waste, and manage lifecycle
• Ensure demand data integrity in planning systems (SAP, Kinaxis, FEU)
• Provide decision support through scenario modelling and insights
• Lead continuous improvement in planning processes

We're looking for someone who

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related
• Has strong 5-8 experience in Demand Planning / S&OP within FMCG
• Strong understanding of forecast KPIs (accuracy, bias, service)
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong in data analytics, stakeholder management, and problem solving
• Thrives in a high-complexity, fast-paced environment
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for business outcomes
