PLANNING MANAGER

Job Description

• Manages and Prepares Project baseline Schedule.
• Manage and update master schedule & closely monitoring day to day activities.
• Communicate schedule status, issue Look ahead schedule and other important reminders in anticipation for upcoming risk and strategy.
• Closely monitoring the Program schedule and prepare Impact analysis of major and minor activities in terms of delay and possible forecast effect.
• Preparation of Weekly & Monthly progress reports, and showing statistical analysis (S-curves, Histograms, charts) Earned Value analysis & forecast.
• Assist the Contracting team in issuing notices with regards to project status and issues.
• Assist Commercial team in preparation of monthly progress billing by providing project status and earned value analysis. 

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Survey/Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years and above experience in construction or others related field.
• Possess leadership skills and with ability to work independently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English language.
• Proficiency in both pre and post contract works, including tendering and contract administration.
• Resourceful and systematic with solid negotiating skills.
• Able to advice on contractual disputes.
