• Min a Diploma or Degree in any Engineering field.
• Min 2 years of working experience in plant maintenance field.
• Must be able to read and draw electrical drawings.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an advantage because need to communicate with China supplier when machine breakdown.

Job Description:

• To prepare yearly schedule on the machine maintenance program and to
  follow up with his/her subordinates on the progress of the schedule.
• Prepare machine PM Checklist for new machine and revision when necessary.
• To provide technical and manpower support for new machine introductions, improvement and modifications.
• To prepare and control weekly maintenance schedule and progress.
• To control the upkeep budget for the assigned section.
• To schedule and supervise the day to day maintenance manpower arrangement for the assigned section.
• Provide support and training for the subordinates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, procurement and production for
  machine spare parts and repairs.
• Compile machine performance data and countermeasures for breakdown.
• Compile and update the maintenance, spare parts and other relevant records for the assigned section.
• To introduce only environmental friendly material to manager level or other
  requirements.
• To use only authorized direct / indirect material for environmental conformance material label.
• To segregate and dispose scheduled waste according to legal and other
  requirements.
• To ensure all subordinates use environmental friendly material.
• To carry the above task in safely and healthy's manner by following the
  Company's OSHMS requirements.
• To approve official documentations on behalf of Head of Department as and when required.
• To make decisions on behalf of Head of Department as and when required.
• Perform any other related tasks / functions as and when required by the Company.
