Our technology starts with you.\n\nYOUR ROLE \n\nResponsible for PLP manufacturing quality function. Support the key duties as below : \n\n * Manage customer quality incidents analysis \u0026 resolution for manufacturing perimeter, lead QIP manufacturing and customer audit \n * Manage in Line Quality \u0026 Process improvement \n * Manage \u0026 drive the performance improvement for external and internal quality related indicators (CI, IQE, NCL, Scraps / CPK / Quality events Problem Solving etc...).\n * Establish and ensure controls execution \n * Drive change management compliance, Nonconformity lot decision and risk assessment (FMEA) and ensure process compliance from a manufacturing perspective .\n * Improve and configure process control systems - Setting/develop the systems to control tools/equipment key parameters Statistical Process Control (SPC). Establish and ensure controls execution.\n * Manage defectivity quality control \n * Lead QC team to ensure their competencies meet the requirement \n * Ensure control plan effectiveness \n * Carry out process audit program \u0026 reverse FMEA program \n * Support R\u0026D \u0026 APL in the new package technology introduction for FMEA and Control Plan readiness before mass production \n * Ensure effectiveness of QMS \u0026 meet the ISO/IATF quality standard requirement \n * Lead cross fertilization quality improvement program \n\n\n\nYOUR SKILLS \u0026 EXPERIENCES\n\n * Degree in engineering or manufacturing \n * Work experience min 2-3 years in semiconductor industry will be added advantages \n * Experience working in PLP technologies will be added advantages \n * Experience \u0026 good competencies of Problem Solving 8D methodology, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Statistic, DOE, MSA, Calibration, Change Management \u0026 NLC Management \n * Have some basic FA and reliability knowledge will be added advantages. \n * Good communication \u0026 people skills to interact with external customer, division, operation shopfloor team and development team \n * Good leadership to manage the QC team for SPC/IPC tasks \n\n\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
