PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage sample demand entry from various customers and ensures completeness, data quality, and viability of request dates.
• Ensures product master data, silicon, materials, and capacity is planned and ready for product kitting by Tactical Planners at build start time.
• Works with Tactical Planners to ensure manufacturing commits are provided and updated in the demand management system.
• Monitor performance to plan and report status.
• Manage mitigation and prioritization of misses.
• Communication with PDT and Management.
• Ensures NPI to HVM handoffs are successful.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to influence others using a variety of approaches with or without position power
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups
• Decision making skills using data analysis techniques
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with peers and senior leaders
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and tool experience (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, Tableau etc.)
• Ability to work with global multi-cultural teams
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity.

EDUCATION:

• Master or degree in a relevant discipline such as:  Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, PLM will be an advantage
• Program/Project Management, or Engineering is preferred.
