Qualifications & experience
- Minimum qualification SPM/STPM/Diploma (any field)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service industry.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible to assist patients, visitors, guest & VIPs end to end journey from arrival to departure.
- Need to support for lobby checklist and ensure lobby and Premier Lounge are always in order at all times. Responsible to do round check at lobby, Premier Lounge, Clinic and Public Area.
- To promote inter-hospital sales and in-house facilities.
- Responsible to capture feedback accurately, able to manage the feedback and assist for the immediate solution. Responsible to alert to Supervisor & Portal Team for PCMS Ticket transaction.
- To be responsible in taking care of premier lounge to make sure Premier Lounge is in order at all time.
- Responsible to answer incoming calls and provide accurate answer at all time.
- To support and assist all internal event held in hospital.
- To support other task as needed at Operator, Lobby or any other unit when needed.
- To perform any extra duties as delegates by the Head of Customer Care and Experience when needed.
