Responsibilities and Job Scope

• Operations of owned vessels and chartered tonnage as well as Commercial managed vessels (Bulk Carrier)
• Enquiring and checking port disbursements
• Issuing voyage instruction to Masters
• Appointing and communication with agents
• Communication with Masters, Owners, Charterers, Brokers
• Preparing invoices/credit note/debit note for freight/vessel hire statement.
• Laytime calculation
• Provide operational support to the Manager’s

Requirements

• Certificate/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia , English. Able to speak and read mandarin will be added advantages
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. 
• Possess own transport.
• Flexible in managing time, work, and other matters.
• Display good computer literacy skills
• Pleasant personality and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
