How you will make an impact
This position requires a proactive, highly social approach to identifying content opportunities and effectively increasing the company's brand visibility. As the Social Media Content Creator, you will:
Spearhead the company’s B2B social media presence, driving employer branding initiatives and public relations efforts.
Actively identify and capture on -the -ground content by attending high -profile industry webinars, events, and conferences.
Develop and execute trend -setting content that highlights our fun, energetic company culture and our authority in the events space.
Act as the outspoken voice and face of the brand, translating complex B2B concepts into engaging, shareable digital content.
Monitor digital trends and rapidly adapt content strategies to keep the brand relevant, visible, and engaging.
Open to fresh graduates with a standout portfolio, or a proven track record in content creation, PR, and employer branding.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to convert B2B concepts and employer branding into actionable digital content plans.
Excellent on -camera presence, outspoken communication, and digital storytelling skills.
Sound understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing strategies.
A highly motivated and results -driven approach, with a massive appetite for brand growth and exposure.
Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently on the ground at events, as well as part of a fast -paced team.
Resilience and persistence in navigating live event environments to capture urgent, real -time content.
Passion for social media, digital branding, PR, and the B2B events industry.
