Presales Engineer

Job description

1. Assist for collect, analyze and define customer technical requirements.

2. Assist for create and customize solution in design and planning for the project, answering the statement of compliance, preparing service solution proposal, service competence presentation, responsibility matrix and etc.

3. Prepare the solution presentation.

4. Assist in organizing and in charge for the tender bidding

5. Assist in preparation of BOM, liaising with partner/principal on technical aspects, solution verifications, proposal writeup, customer presentations, clarifications, etc.

6. Maintain a good customer relationship.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Network Engineering of other related fields;

2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in DWDM, IP or FTTH is preferred;

3. Familiar with basic network technologies;

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills. (Proficiency in Mandarin/Hindu will be an added advantage as required liaise with Clients)

5. Proficiency in MS Office in Word, Excel and PPT;

6. Candidate must be able to work in KL
