Job Description

• Build and maintain close partnership with parents;
• Work closely with the team in carrying out the duties;
• Engage and motivate children through experiential & hands-on activities;
• Plan, supervise and implement a holistic and developmentally appropriate lessons according to the curriculum framework;
• Prepare teaching materials and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment;
• Foster and build on children’s interest in learning;
• Observe and monitor learning progress & development of children;
• Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure the hygiene & safety of children;
• Organize and participate in centre events.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Early-Childhood Care and Education;
• Loves working with children;
• We seek only passionate and dedicated educators who want to make difference in children’s learning;
• Able to work well independently as well as within a team to fulfil all job duties & responsibilities;
• Required languages, at least two of below:

1. English (as role requires candidate to teach / deal with English subjects);
2. Mandarin (as role requires candidate to teach / deal with Mandarin subjects);
3. Bahasa Malaysia (as role requires candidate to teach / deal with BM subjects).
