Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic Primary School Teacher who is committed to creating a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach to teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and development.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification/license.
• Proven experience as a primary school teacher.
• Strong understanding of child development and educational psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
