At Young Writers, we believe that changing education starts with appreciating good teachers.

Upon joining, we will provide you with three months of training to help you integrate into our team. After completing the training, the starting salary can be up to RM3300. The salary for teachers who have served for one year can reach RM4800, and for those who have served for two years or more, it can exceed RM6000.

Your job responsibilities mainly include teaching classes, grading compositions, assisting students facing difficulties, igniting their passion for learning, helping them participate in composition competitions, and publishing personal composition collections.

In the past two years, we have trained a group of excellent young teachers, and over 100 students have won awards in world-class composition competitions. Additionally, eight of our teachers have received the Outstanding Teacher Award in the "World Student Composition Competition".
