Principal AMS Design Engineer

Seeking a Principal Engineer Analog Mixed Signal Design to lead and innovate in analog/mixed-signal IC design, mentoring junior engineers and delivering high-performance, low-power solutions for complex system needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Drive analog/mixed-signal IC design from concept to verification.

• Develop innovative circuit solutions for complex design challenges.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design cycle.

• Conduct circuit-level simulations and provide layout guidance.

• Ensure compliance with IC design methodologies and standards.

• Support validation and characterization of mixed-signal IPs.

• Contribute to project reviews and technical decision-making.

Required Skills:

• Master's degree in Electronics or Microelectronics Engineering.

• 10+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.

• Strong expertise in blocks like bandgap, amplifiers, regulators, ADC/DAC, oscillators.

• In-depth knowledge of analog design principles and low-power architectures.

• Proficiency in circuit simulation and layout verification tools.

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Familiarity with digital IC design and scripting tools (e.g., Python) is a plus.
