GrabDefence is Grab's risk intelligence platform, dedicated to protecting millions of users and partners from fraud and abuse across Southeast Asia. Our team leverages advanced machine learning, data analytics, and deep domain expertise to deliver real-time threat detection and response. As part of GrabDefence, you'll work in a regional environment, collaborating with senior leaders and experts across Grab and Digibank to ensure trust and safety at scale.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for an experienced product manager to define and lead the product vision and strategy for externalising Grab's fraud capabilities to our Digibank partners. You will lead the product roadmap, lead the development of banking-grade fraud prevention capabilities, and ensure seamless integration with our Digibank operations. This role requires leadership in cross-functional teams, expertise in fraud and risk management, and a proven track record in SaaS product management. You will help shape the future of digital trust and safety across the region. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Product Leader, Trust & GrabDefence and work onsite at Grab's Petaling Jaya office in Malaysia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will lead the product strategy for the problem space, working hand-in-hand with a team of Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts.
• You will define the goals and success metrics to guide and measure the impact of your work.
• You will lead cross-functional discussions with digibank partners and internal stakeholders to discover, define and prioritise product requirements.
• You will independently execute on a clear roadmap for externalisation of fraud capabilities and platforms, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives
• You will engage in user discovery in generating new product ideas in the space to enable a healthy marketplace.
• You will collaborate across product teams and risk management stakeholders to drive go-to-market execution, client integrations and product launches.
• You will build empowered teams, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration between Grab and Digibanks.
• You will manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance threat intelligence and detection capabilities.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Product Management: Minimum 10 years of experience in product management at a tech company, with fraud, platform or B2B SaaS products.
• Technical Skills: Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts with all stakeholders.
• Data Acumen: Proficient in data-driven decision-making and insights to inform product development.
• Software Development Practices: Understanding of modern development practices and tools.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners and leaders.
• Project Management: Ability to drive complex initiatives with experience in cross-functional team leadership
