Principal (R.E.A.L Kids) - Urgent Hire

Main purpose 

The main responsibility of a principal is to provide effective leadership and management to ensure the overall well-being and success of the centre. 

Roles and responsibilities 

A. Managing Centre

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centres.
• Ensure the overall well-being of the students.
• Monitor the overall operations and management of the centres.
• Provide instructional leadership, manage staff, and facilitate staff development.
• Foster teamwork and cultivate a conducive working environment for staff.
• Communicate effectively and disseminate information precisely.
• Monitor and assess the performance of supervisors/teachers periodically.
• Maintain consistent and optimal student behavior.
• Resolve complaints and issues in a professional and satisfactory manner.

B. Annual Events and Projects Management

• Organize annual events and other projects in the center.
• Coordinate with other principals on annual events and projects.

C. Coordination and Liaison

• Liaise and coordinate with Head Office on all operational and relevant matters.
• Coordinate among centres in the same zone.
• Accurately fill out necessary paperwork.

D. Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular Staff Meetings.
• Provide coaching and counseling for staff when necessary.
• Conduct reviews on program and center progress periodically.
• Participate in and assist with ad-hoc events organized by Head Office or Management.
• Champion the R.E.A.L Core Values.
• Teach English, Reading & Cambridge Young Learners.
