Principal Test Engineering Specialist

Seeking a Senior Specialist to drive test development and characterization for advanced memory products, bridging R&D and production through optimized test solutions and cost-effective methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support R&D in new memory product development and characterization.

• Define and develop test concepts, technologies, and methodologies.

• Create and manage test programs, software, and test parameters.

• Deliver test-related outputs within development project timelines.

• Transfer test packages and technologies to production.

• Improve cost and quality by optimizing test concepts and hardware.

• Evaluate equipment requirements based on future product needs.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure test readiness and alignment.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, or related field.

• Experience in semiconductor package/wafer-level test development.

• Hands-on experience in product development and device characterization.

• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and failure analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in communication and teamwork.

• Passionate about learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.

• Programming/scripting knowledge in C, C++, Python, and Perl is a plus.
