Principal Wells Engineer

Position : Principal Wells Engineer

Industry : Oil & Gas

Location : Sarawak

Requirement(s):

• Bachelors degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of work experience in Oil and Gas Industry specializing in either Drilling, Completions or workovers.
• Experience working as wellsite engineer or Night Drilling Supervisor.
• Proficient in Well Engineering Planning Software. (StressCheck, WellCat, WellPlan, Well Cost, Compass, Kick Tolerance, Casing Wear, etc)
• Experience in wells design, well performance monitoring, troubleshooting or optimization of well performance and well management.
• Well construction Drilling techniques, well control, fluids property management, drilling mechanics, performance monitoring.
• Well completions Completion designs, well performance analysis, operational considerations & well operability limits.
• Experience working on offshore and onshore drilling projects.
• Experience in participating in technical reviews & able to provide technical assurance on technical works /analysis.
• Experience in provision of Training on subject matters
• Experience in CCUS
