Print Production Coordinator - Rapid Progression

In this role, you will play a vital part in efficiently responding to customer queries, coordinating job orders, and facilitating seamless communication between departments to ensure we meet our customers' needs and deadlines. Your keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and multitasking abilities will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks assigned by the department manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Interact with sales team personnel and customers on a daily basis to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Collect, download, and prepare job orders with detailed information and product descriptions to facilitate production processes.
• Collaborate closely with departments such as DTP, Graphic Designer Printing, and Finishing to ensure effective communication and workflow coordination.
• Coordinate job flow with production teams to maintain quality standards and meet delivery deadlines.
• Conduct product quality checks and ensure adherence to customer specifications, taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Arrange delivery , including preparing necessary documents and information for efficient execution.
• Propose and recommend solutions to customers to meet their specific needs and requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiating terms with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Support and collaborate closely with the marketing team to stay informed about market trends and customer preferences.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding balances with the accounting department, taking necessary actions for payment collection or reporting to the team manager for further action on overdue payments.
