Printing Machine Operator

JobResponsibilities:

• Vitalrole in printing process, ensuring all printed producrs meet therequired standard andspecification. 
• Set-up,operate, and maintain machinery, in a manufacturingsetting
• Responsiblefor maintaining and ensuring the printing equipment produces highquality printed materials, runs smoothly and atcapacity.
• Startmachinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary toimprove performance
• Troubleshootissues and performmaintenance
• Trackand close manitoring of process input and output parameter& trouble shooting for any abnormalissue
• Develop,document and enforce standard operating procedures and processdescription
• Documentmanufacturing instructions, control plan and methods to maintainhigher product and processquality
• Performquality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, andreport problems to supervisor

JobRequirements:

• Candidatemust possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degreein Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent of anyfield.
• Abilityto interpret and understand printing specification, job orders andlayout designs.
• Attentionto details and ability to produce high-quality printed materialswith minimal errors.
• Procifiencyin performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting commonprinting equipmentissues.
• Goodorganizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlinesand manage multiple print jobssimultaneously.
• Strongproblem solving skills and ability to think critically to resolveissues that may arise during the printingprocess.
• Knowledgeof different printing techniques, such as colour seperation, inkmixing, and platealigment.
• Strongknowledge of printing machinery and understanding in printingtechnology (Gravure printing, and Flexoprinting)
• Experiencedin Gravure and Flexo printingin Emboss film casting on PEfilm inproduction line will be addedadvantage.
• Ableto work under pressure with excellent communication skills tocollaborate with team members to effectively convey instructionsandinformation.
• Preferablyproficiency in Mandarinspeaking
• Applicantsmight need to work onshift (12hours shift-Day/Night)
